Inspired by my love for the vintage planters of the 1950s & 1960s. This is a three color letterpress print hand pulled on a vintage Vandercook #3.

The three-color ink layering on this little squirrel print is so crisp you can practically feel the vintage press work, and the 5x7 size fits perfectly in a small frame by my desk. It arrived flat and protected, and the Lettra Pearl paper gives it a subtle, elegant sheen that photos don't capture.

The paper has a beautiful, thick tooth that really shows off the three colors from the press. It's the perfect size for a small frame on my desk.

I've bought a few letterpress prints before and this is easily the crispest one. You can actually feel the three color layers pressed into the Crane's Lettra paper, and it has that soft cotton texture I love. The little squirrel planter takes me right back to my grandma's windowsill.
